FTP Terms of Use

1. The Jerames FTP Site is built strictly for the use of our customers and employees. Use of this site by anyone other than customers or employees of Jerames Tool & manufacturing is strictly forbidden.

2. Jerames agrees to assign individual identification ("userid") for each customer. Each userid will require appropriate security ("password"). Users of this site agree to keep their userid and password secret and should be disseminated for business purposes only.

3. While the security of this site is more than adequate, Jerames assumes no liability for lost or stolen data. Use of this site is at your own risk.
