Ahead of schedule with our equipment modernization plan - as Jerames prepares to take delivery of another 5 Axis Machine Center this year. More importantly this machining center is required to meet our increasing demand for complex parts and assemblies.

As our equipment modernization plan is on schedule – recently Jerames has embarked on a major shift in business strategies!

Jerames is an AS9100B manufacture that specializes in the fabrication of complex components/assemblies the integration of our machine centers. Utilizing this methodology has permitted Jerames to manufacture prototype and production quantities of complex parts and assemblies.

The nucleus of this production integration evolves around our:

4 and 5 Axis Machine Centers, CNC Turning, ID/OD Grinding and Honing Capacities and Capabilities, CNC Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Wire EDM, Small Hole EDM
